Charles Barkley caught driving on the tipsy side.

According to reports by the AP, Charles Barkley was arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving early this morning  in Scottsdale’s Old Town area, one of the trendiest spots in the Phoenix metro area.

Barkley declined to submit to a breath test but was given a blood test.

After Barkley was processed, he was cited and released.

My opinion is that if you are caught drunk at the wheel you immediately get a minimum of 6 months in jail and more if you are a repeat offender.

No passing Go, No miss a turn, No damn $200, just go straight to jail.

If we got more strict with this a lot more people would think before getting behind the wheel.
