Edgy Meets Girly Flirt in the Nicole Miller Spring/Summer 2010 Collection

Nicole Miller’s Spring/Summer 2010 Collection was like a beautiful classical piece remixed with the edgy Heart song, “Barracuda.” The collection had a fun mix of sweet girl innocence befriends tough girl. Two thumbs up for blending bold leather leggings and miniskirts with sophisticated shift dresses and structured, yet relaxed (an oxymoron, yes, but indeed a reality) cropped blazers. Gathered pants with fitted tanks made for an interested twist to the harem pant. Oh and how could I forget to mention the pops of psychedelic prints on everything from blouses to skirts? Also notable, were Miller’s use of shirring on dresses, tops, shorts, and leggings. Moreover, various styles were sprinkled with strategically placed metallic sequins perfect for conquering the night out on the town. Mesh details were laced throughout the collection. Placement of mesh was seen on everything from the bust of blouses to the sides of shorts. Take a peek at how to go from runway to real way from the top five looks below:
Look 1: Wear to the office with a pointed toe kitten heel for a more professional appeal.
Look 2: Be the “scene” at a black and white themed party.
Look 3: Perfect for dancing the night away at a roof-top party.

HOT for the SECOND date. Notice, I say second, because you have to remind the fortunate bloke as to why he chose you in the first place.
Next season will sure to please. I am already in expectation of what quirky, chic, and unpredictable elements Miller will use in next season’s collection.

very nice! made me feel as though i was at the show myself withe the detailed description of how the pieces were put together. truly great! three thumps up if i had a third thump sadly i don’t but two will do just fine! ^_^
I like the collections, even though I won’t look the same beautiful just like the catwalk models lol , but I will love to try one of them
